Wallpanels

Wood is a sustainable building material generally recognized state of the environment, so the wood constructions  should be regarded as the most human-friendly.

Elements made in dry conditions allows to achieve precision, material of high quality. This technology helps prevent sagging houses. Plastic pipes are installed in the factory for electrical wires, plugs sockets and switches, which provides quick installation for wiring installation, without damaging the drywall. Panel frames are prepared by the strength class C24 (EN 518) the corresponding wood moisture 15 ±3%.

For covering panels we use gypsum fibercement boards, particleboard, OSB-board or plywood. For warmth glass or rock wool. The inner surface for the vapor barrier. Panels of external wall must be protected against the effects of weather with external lining (brick, wood, plaster, facade tiles).

Cover panels 22 mm chipboard or OSB 22 mm. Sound insulation 50-100 mm mineral wool.

The hull filled between with mineral wool, which is a room covered whit a vapor barrier. Insulation covered with roofing base film or cloth.
